The last blog... The Private Match.

Last night was the finale for certain game plays. I played a private match with Mark Piscopo and a few other friends from around Australia. In a private match, you can play team deathmatch, free-for-all, domination, demolition and search and destroy. You can pick different rules to customise the private match. In most private matches, people usually make custom rules, the most popular is Interventions and throwing knives only. Intervention is a Sniper rifle. For this match, the game mode is usually free-for-all, the health is set to miniscule, score limit usually to 1500, and the time limit is unlimited.

The results of the game....

I lost.

miserably.

Mark won by over 10 kills. and managed to do a 720 spin and killed me, and for the winning kill did a jumping 360. I was getting so frustrated, and only Mark and I know how much I was swearing. Below is a picture of the gun Intervention.
Hope everyone enjoyed reading all of my blogs and I hope i've influenced you to try playing Call of Duty!

Search and Destroy

This morning before school I thought I would play a bit of call of duty before I was picked up for school. The game play I played was Search and Destroy, my FAVOURITE game play. In Search and Destroy, one team has to plant a bomb in the opposing teams base, there is only 3 minutes to do this, the other team must defend and kill all players on the opposing team. The catch with this game is that once you die, you cannot re spawn till the next round. To win the game, you must win 4 rounds and because there is only one life in a round, you get 500 experience for each kill, and 1000 experience for head shots. The reason I enjoy Search and Destroy the most is because it takes a lot more cautiousness, and if you go in too quick you die almost straight away, unless you get lucky, like I usually do :P.

The other night when I also played search and destroy, I played with Mark Piscopo and Joseph Hillman. I wasn't doing too well but Mark and Joseph were playing quite well.
I, as usual was on the bottom of the leaderboard while they were both OWNING for our team.
anyways, onto the next blog.

Have a good one bloggers!

3rd Person Team Tactical and Ground War

Tonight I was playing the game play of 3rd person team tactical. In a 3rd person team tactical game, it involves every single game style, but in a 3rd person view. This makes the game a fair bit harder because you are not able to fully scope into the guns aim unless you are using a sniper. Another difference in 3rd person team tactical is that there is only 8 players, so only 4 people on each team. All games have the same rules and are not changed, only that they are in a 3rd person view. The image below shows a player in a 3rd person game play.

Also another game play that I played tonight was ground war.
In ground war, there is 18 players, so 9 players on each team. I find ground war to be a lot more fun than normal games because of the amount of people there are. The only 2 games you play in ground war are Team Deathmatch and Domination. Anyways, thats all for tonight, next blog will be on search and destroy tomorrow :)
Goodnight bloggers!

Headquarters Pro

Headquarters Pro is the game for today! In headquarters pro, the aim of the game is to capture headquarters around the map. There is only one headquarter at a time until the headquarters has been captured and it has either been caught for a minute or the opposing team destroys the headquarters that have been caught. Once a team has caught the headquarters, if a player dies, they cannot respawn until the headquarters has been destroyed. The other team can keep playing, as they have to try destroy the headquarters. The headquarters also appears in random spots around the map aswell. The score limit is 200 points, but if this limit isnt reached, the game ends after 20 minutes of gameplay.

When I was playing, I got the same map 3 times out of 5 headquarters games. The map was Bailout. The layout of Bailout is really good. It guess you could split it into 2 types of playing. When outdoors on the map, the game is more of a distance game, better for sniping and noob tubing. When indoors, it would be better to use shotguns and setting up claymores, keeping the gameplay style alot smaller than usual, as everything is so close together.

To the left is the inside building of bailout, to the right is part of the outside bit of the map.

In the 5 games, I seemed to have HORRIBLE connection. I kept lagging and it was annoying me so much because every time I shoot at someone, I would move around and couldn't keep the aim of the gun on the person. But on the 5th game there was a new host and it was really good connection. I played really good on the last game. The gun I was using was the Intervention sniper with the FMJ attachment, which makes bullets stronger. The secondary gun I was using was the Spas-12 shotgun also with FMJ.

Demolition

On this fine, but boring Saturday, I thought I would pay cod for my blog. The game that I played was demolition. In demolition, the aim of the game is to either defend both your bomb areas, or to destroy the opposing teams bomb areas. Unlike sabotage, everyone on one team has a bomb, and have to plant a bomb in both bases. The other team defends their own bomb areas. If both bombs are destroyed, the teams swap sides, and do the opposite of what they were doing. There is 3 minutes to plant a bomb in an area, when a bomb is planted, the time is paused. If one of the bombs explodes, the timer is reset to 3 minutes. To win the round, both bombs must be blown up, or at least one bomb area must still be active. In a game of demolition there are 2 rounds, but if a round is won by each team, a team is randomly picked to plant the bomb, and a team is picked to defend the bomb area.

Above weapon is a RPG

I personally don't play demolition too much, but when i do play it is pretty fun. In these games, I had full connection and I was playing fairly well. I got a lot of kill streaks in all of the games except the last. All the games I was using explosive weapons with the perk scavenger so i could resupply explosives from dead bodies, it makes the game waaaaaaaay more fun because people get really annoyed hahaha. In the last game I lost connection because the host of the game left almost instantly, and shortly after I got bored and played Need for Speed :D. Next post will be on Headquarters pro, so keep on reading blogger's!

Have a good night people!

Sabotage

Last night on Call of Duty, I thought I would play the gameplay of sabotage, and so I did :). I was playing in a party with Joseph Hillman and Mark Piscopo. The first few games i was playing terrible, but then eventually i got used to the game again and i was playing good. But unfortuanately, (TYPICAL) I lost connection and it made me leave the game that i was actually doing well in. I had just sent off an emergency air drop and a sentry gun aswell, so i lost them. and i had good drops in the care packages. The map that I was playing really well in was Quarry.

In sabotage, the aim of the game is to plant a bomb in the opposite teams starting spawn area and to protect the bomb from being planted in your starting spawn area. There is 20 minutes to plant the bomb in the oppositions area, but the other team can diffuse the bomb and continue the game. When the bomb has been planted, the game is paused and there is 40 seconds to diffuse the bomb. If the bomb has not been planted by the end of 20 minutes, there is sudden death between the two teams. In sudden death, once you die, you cannot respawn. Oh and also, during the game of sabotage, there is a respawn delay of 8 seconds, which does get annoying, so camping is probably the best option in this type of game.

Campers are one of the most annoying things in the multiplayer game. Camping is when a person stays in one spot and just kills people while staying in the same spot picking off people is they walk past the camping spot. It feels good to kill campers :).

Have a good day bloggers:)

Domination

This morning before school, while waiting for my lift, I thought I would just play a few quick games of COD :). I thought I would play the game play domination for my next blog so here I am writing about it. I had really good connection for the whole time and I was playing pretty well if I say so myself :P. In domination, the main objective is to capture 3 different areas and hold on to them till your score limit reaches 200. It is played in teams of 6. The amount of kills doesn't affect the game at all, unless someone were to call in a tactical nuke, which requires a 25 kill streak, which is VERY hard. The three bases are labelled A (Alpha), B (Bravo), and C (Charlie). Every 10 or so seconds, points are added on depending on how many bases your team has captured. I played 3 games of domination and scored less than 3 deaths every game. I got 3 emergency airdrops, and 2 in one game and countless care packages and sentry guns. I one of the games I scored 31 and 2 deaths, and I was pretty stoked with that :).

Tonight i will try do another blog on a different gameplay. Have a good day bloggers :)
